About this course

TOEFL is the Test of English as a Foreign Language. With one million test-takers every year, it is one of the world’s most popular standardized tests of English. TOEFL is administered by (ETS), a private non-profi t organization based in Princeton, New Jersey which also administers other popular tests such as TOEIC, Praxis and the GRE. This course aims to:

  • Build familiarity with TOEFL format, procedures, and content
  • Develop the skills necessary for success on TOEFL
  • Challenge students with realistic TOEFL practice

In this way, students can walk into the testing center on test day feeling confident that they understand what they are about to face. Students can also have a good idea of the score they are able to achieve.

This course is divided into five units of 10 chapters each. Each unit is followed by a unit review, and the entire course is capped off with a complete TOEFL practice test.
