About this course

Lead innovation in digital and collaborative learning that draws upon concepts of transformational leadership theory, educational theory and research.

This course consist of 40 modules with each taking approx. 15 minutes to complete.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Review and critique relevant leadership theories, contemporary educational leadership models in the context of 21st century education.
  • Reflect on personal leadership attributes and styles within the context of leading innovation and developing student capability and confidence.
  • Examine emerging research, policies and guidelines.
  • Explore and develop personal leadership supporting education practice in a 21st century environment.
  • Develop and implement a plan for leading digital and collaborative learning innovations that enhance learning and student engagement.
