  • Develop and scale the company’s financial and operational infrastructure required to meet performance goals and targets, within established budgets and timescales
  • Monitor the financial accounting and reporting systems on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to ensure data updated as required in the ERP
  • Work actively with business partners to develop financial strategies and solutions to enhance revenue growth and operational efficiency
  • Develop budgeting processes with alignment from various business partners
  • Evaluate talent and build a world-class team across all levels of finance and other management teams as and when needed
  • Ensure that the company remains compliant with financial and corporate regulations, and liaise with auditors, banks, and vendors as required
  • Work in collaboration with the Group CFO and Managing Director on key initiatives related to financial reporting consistency, fluctuation, and business trend analysis
  • As part of executive team, provide advice on key areas such as product investment, contract structure and terms, partnership structure and financials, operational efficiency and compensation
  • Improve FP&A processes, financial performance reporting against company targets and goals, and conduct reviews for cost-reduction and efficiency opportunities
  • Analyze economic, legal and market trends, keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and other relevant legislation with the ability to assess its impact on the overall business
  • Experience with managing relationships with auditors, banks, and other business stakeholders including regulators as required
  • Support Managing Director on preparing business plans and developing strategies for growth
  • Oversee and own all matters related to statutory compliance to ensure that the Company always maintains a high standard of compliance especially with respect to SECP or State Bank related matters.


  • Qualified CA/ACCA (or equivalent) with a strong academic record, with IFRS Knowledge.
  • 10+ years’ experience working at a in a fast-paced environment, ideally within a major financial services firm or multinational company with FDI preferred.
  • Business review and commentary experience in previous roles is highly preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivots, macros).
  • Excellent numerical skills with strong attention to details and accuracy.
  • Familiar working with automation of manual processes as well as ERP systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of Pakistan direct and indirect taxation as well as local corporate laws.
