  • Guide the creative content development and execution for brand identity, voice, and messaging across all aspects of the brand experience for all Daraz channels and external touch-points
  • Organise and plan the creative process to ensure highest quality content is produced for social media, blog and other channels
  • Build, inspire, and lead a talented in-house content team for great social media posts, videos and shoots
  • Set direction and lead art direction and delivery for shoots and videos
  • Direct the visual look and feel as well as front-end design of campaigns 
  • Collaborate with team members to set the strategy and use it to guide the priorities and output of the team
  • Collaborates across categories to deliver an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan 
  • Establish strategy, communication plan and work on content categorization, structure and workflow
  • Development of editorial governance so content is consistent with our brand voice, style and tone on all Daraz channels
  • Editorial calendar and organisation workflows must be developed and managed
  • Responsible for reporting the performance of all social channels
